Homemade with home grown chard, Courgette, garlic and broad beans. Yum!

- 1 carrot diced
- 1 courgette diced
- 1 onion chopped
- A good glug of olive oil
- A large knob of butter
- 1 large clove of elephant garlic finely chopped
- 5 cups Swiss chopped chard
- 1 can tomatoes
- 5 oregano leaves
- Ground black pepper to taste
- A gel type chicken stock “cube”
- A litre of water
steps...
- Add oil and butter into a large saucepan add onion carrots, and courgette to sweat off for a couple of minutes
- Add garlic and continue to sweat for a couple of minutes.
- Add all other ingredients,
- bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes.
